Update on the current security situation (27 Nov)

We are pleased to confirm that the European MedTech Forum will be held next week on 2-4 December at the Dolce la Hulpe. As promised, please find below an update on the security situation.

Yesterday (26 November), the Belgian Government decided to bring down the level of security from 4 to 3 in Brussels (level which is similar to most parts of Europe and the rest of Belgium – incl. Dolce La Hulpe). Nevertheless, the European MedTech Forum organisers and the Dolce La Hulpe will be maintaining the reinforced security measures at the conference venue. Therefore, all cars and taxis entering the domain of the hotel will be controlled.

For those of you who are registered for the European MedTech Forum, the working group meetings and/or the AGM, please check your inbox carefully as you will have to bring with you a printed copy of the final confirmation of your participation. You should have received it or will receive it shortly from a member of staff or from the Secretariat MedTech Forum (Secretariat [at] MedTechForum.eu).

In case you are not registered yet for the event but wish to participate, please note that the registrations are still open on the conference website: www.medtechforum.eu. We would strongly encourage you to register as this will ensure a smooth process for everyone at the conference venue.

Should you have any specific questions, please don't hesitate to contact Christopher Breyel at C.Breyel [at] MedTechEurope.org.

Looking forward to seeing you all at Dolce la Hulpe next week.
